Diet Pills in the News Again.

Well, it seems like these diet pill companies will never learn. Four of the biggest names in diet pills were fined millions of dollars for making false claims. It turns out that the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) cannot ban the actual products themselves, but can impose fines based on false claims and false marketing.

The four diet pills that are being issued fines include:
Xenadrine EFX
One A Day Weight Smart
Cortaslim
Trimspa
