These are fairly good, many people seem to like them.
All you need is a sweet potato (or yam) cut up into small, thin pieces. Make sure you put them on foil sprayed with vegetable oil, and then put them in the oven.
You can sprinkle them with spices like garlic salt, cook 20 minutes at 350 degrees, turn all of them, and bake for another 10 minutes.
They are very good |

| That's an alltime classic ! If you take them out of the oven and put them into a paper towel ( press a bit ) then the paper towel will pick up the excessive fat. |

Good idea, I meant to put that in my post. Sweet potatoes don't have as much fat as regular ones, I don't think, but it is still a good idea to do this.
Garlic salt goes great with the sweet taste |

| You are right, sweet potatoes don't have that much fat. It's just one of my habits. Nowadays i put nearly every food in paper towels, it's amazing where you can find fat. |

I also love sweet potato chips! I always have them when I was a kid. Too bad my mom doesn't make them anymore. _________________ Human Edited SEO Friendly Directory |
