| Smoking believe it or not really does contribute to weight loss and is a appetite suppresent. Many smokers use this as an excuse not to quit. "Oh but if I quit smoking I'll get fat". THe problem is that the same lack of will power associated with smoking is the same reason why ex smokers tend to gain weight. It takes a bit of control but it's so worth it. |

Yes, quitting smoking will make you gain a few pounds initially. But this is normal and you can get the weight off though good diet and exercise.
I agree, it is very beneficial to stop smoking. It is very dangerous to your health. |

| Smoking contributes to some of the same diseases as being overweight. Heart disease, for instance, is aggravated by both. That makes it doubly important to both stop smoking and to lose weight. It must be very difficult. I've never smoked, but I can't imagine trying to control multiple cravings at one time. |

Well this might be one of the greatest excuses that the smokers would like to give, but then they should remember this too the diseases or problems that can consequently result in them would be far more serious than gaining a few extra pounds. So it is always a better idea to quit the habit as the health hazards are too much compared to the benefits. _________________ celebrex |
