| One of the easiest to follow bits of diet advice I've ever been given is to vary the colors of the fruits and vegetables that I eat. It's not hard to remember that this morning you had strawberries so something orange or yellow or white might be a good choice for lunch. |

| it's so funny,but maybe useful.in my hometown,there are not many friuts,the friut i can eaten in the morning is only banana.so i can't do as you say. |

| That makes it hard. I lived in Japan for a year, and fruit was so expensive that the only thing I could afford was bananas, except when apples and oranges were in season. Vegetables were expensive, too. I didn't eat very well there. |

Yup if you live in a country where they have a lot of different veg and fruit that is avalible all year round then this is a good idea.
Varying what you eat in colours may sound like a silly thing to do but it works for some people.

| It's just an easy way to ensure that you get enough variety in your diet. Generally, the more varied your diet the healthier it is. |
