One of the easiest to follow bits of diet advice I've ever been given is to vary the colors of the fruits and vegetables that I eat. It's not hard to remember that this morning you had strawberries so something orange or yellow or white might be a good choice for lunch.

it's so funny,but maybe useful.in my hometown,there are not many friuts,the friut i can eaten in the morning is only banana.so i can't do as you say.

That makes it hard. I lived in Japan for a year, and fruit was so expensive that the only thing I could afford was bananas, except when apples and oranges were in season. Vegetables were expensive, too. I didn't eat very well there.

Yup if you live in a country where they have a lot of different veg and fruit that is avalible all year round then this is a good idea.
Varying what you eat in colours may sound like a silly thing to do but it works for some people.

It's just an easy way to ensure that you get enough variety in your diet. Generally, the more varied your diet the healthier it is.
