| I don't want to waste a lot of money on these supplements so I am wondering what have any of you used and worked? Have any of you used them just for that last 10-15 lbs? |

| I think that with the little amount of weight that you have to lose that any of the products on the market right now should be able to help you out. I would suggest that you look into Hoodia as they have an all natural version. |

| I think 10-15 lbs is a very little amount of weight to loose. So why don’t you stick to come healthy ways to loose, like hit a gym or do yoga. |

| I have to agree with the previous poster. With that little to lose you may just want to see if hitting the gym an extra day a week or picking up a class at the gym helps any. |

| i see these comercials on the TV showns us about sliming belts that helps us in reducing the last 10-15 lbs. you may wana try that. I am sure you would have come across as comerical yourself. Did you ? |

| I have tried slimming belts. The results were not quite satisfying. It did redude the weight but not uniformly at all. |
