I have seen several people in the past lose mega weight with these, but I think they were pulled off the market because of the damages they were doing to internal organs, namely the heart. I know a lady that lost 120 pounds with the help of fen fen and she to this day has not gained the weight back and as far as I know does not have and adverse effects from the medication. She used the medicine for 9 months with success. She would go off of the medicine every six weeks for a few weeks to help her system not get too dependent on its chemical.
