I haven't tried any supplementals to weight loss. I am always tempeted though. I see all the ads in magazines I read. But with all the media hype like about Fen Fen or the diet pills make me hestitate in trying them.
I do need to lose some vanity wieght of about 15 pounds. I know through some diet and exercise is probably the best way. But if there is something that can help the process along, I am all for it. Can anyone suggest a good over the counter pill or supplement that is not damging? |

I heard that Formula + ( http://www.natural-health.co.uk/history.html ) is a risk free suppliment. I havent tried it, but I'm going to order it next month.
Research it further and let me know what you find! |

| Don't you guys think this stuff is all very excessive? Why not just eat alittle bit less and alittle bit more healthily and do alittle bit more exercise over a long period of time? |

| I don't think that it is excessive at all. Some of us have reasons why we can't exercise and if it give us the extra edge that we need to loose weight then so be it. I am willing to try just about anything at this point. |

| According to clinical weight loss trials (of which there are few), non-prescription supplements (unlike weight loss drugs) do not lead to significant weight reduction over and above that which might be expected from a combination of diet and exercise. In short, taking a dietary supplement in order to lose weight is likely to be a waste of money. |

| Let me clear things for you'll here. Diet pills affects will be shown if you do regular exercise and eat healthy food. The amount of calories you burn during exrecises will increase if you take a diet pill and with the amount of healthy food you take helps it as well. |
